Mr. Brij Mohan: Mr. Brij Mohan is the non-Executive Chairman of Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Pvt. Ltd. He is also the Chairman of ACCESS Development Services, a not-for-profit company providing incubation and technical services in the area of microfinance & microenterprises. He is the Chairman of MicroSave India Ltd. & Managing Trustee of MicroSave India Trust. His other roles include that of a Director at M-Cril (a microfinance credit rating Company) and as a policy advisor at Sa-dhan. He served in SIDBI for more than 14 years holding different key positions including the position of Executive Director.

Ms. Moumita Sen Sarma : Ms. Moumita Sen Sarma was former Vice President, Head of Microfinance and Sustainable Development at ABN-Amro Bank, India. Prior to starting ABN AMRO's microfinance business in India, Ms. Sen Sarma worked within the Bank for over 5 years handling several responsibilities ranging from Risk Management to Financial Markets for Wholesale Customers. Starting in September 2003, the Bank has consistently been outperforming other peer foreign banks in lending to the microfinance sector. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Ms. Sen Sarma worked with American Express Bank for 3 years managing Corporate Relationships. Ms. Sen Sarma has a Bachelor's degree in Physics and is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Price Waterhouse. She is an Independent Director on the Board.
